Renovated Bauhaus-Style Home in Dallas Lists for Nearly $4 Million
A minimalist, Bauhaus-style home in Dallas has hit the market for $3.995 million.
Located in the small neighborhood of Preston Trails, next to a golf course of the same name, the sleek, single-level home was designed by architect James Nagle in 1976 and renovated in 2015, according to Friday’s listing with Jonathan Rosen of Compass. The residence is a rarity in an area full of Georgian- and traditional-style abodes, he said.
“When you walk into the house, it feels like what people are doing today,” Mr. Rosen said. “It stands the test of time and having a true and good
